I have tried all of the tips in the article. I even purchased a new power supply, as this was suggested by the genius. Amazingly, the monitor boots right up when connected to the genius' laptop. This is what leads me to believe it is a software issue, as it will not work with my macbook pro either and I used it soley with the laptop for years. ???
Is there a software update for the 23 inch? I see a link to the 27 and 30, but not the 23. ???
