Doesn't anyone use Wiki services?
Here is an image that may better describe the behavior I want:
The above "Tags" page for the wiki "Book of Mendonoma Sightings" shows the tags that were created in the blog associated with that wiki. If I click "Everywhere" I see those tags as well as those from other wikis I'm authorized to view.
New tags created in the blog for that wiki are no longer added to its list of tags. Same now goes for other wikis and their tags -- they show up in the "Everywhere" tags list, but not in the list of tags for the individual wiki.
Am I misunderstandifying how tags are supposed to work? If not, how can I get my tags to show up in the list of tags for individual wikis?
Thanks in advance!

I created a new Wiki for the purposes of testing tags.
For wikis that are not blog-enabled, tags added to documents behave as anticipated. In other words, when you're in Wiki A (not blog-enabled) and go to "More" then "Tags" you're presented with a list of tags in Wiki A. There is also an option to see tags from "Everywhere" (Apple-speak for all Wikis.)
Once blogs are enabled on Wiki A, new tags are not added to the list for Wiki A, but they are added to the list of tags for "Everywhere."
Unless I'm overlooking some key setting, that seems like a bug to me. I need to create tags that show up in the list of tags for a blog-enabled.
So, is it a bug or have I overlooked something?
