my iphone can not be activated it says contact support and when i tried to enter the serial it says the serial belong to a replaced iphone

i have recieved an iPhone 4 32 gb MC605X/A from a friend in Australia and it is factory unlocked as you know the new iphone need to be activated  i hvae connected my phone to itunes and it says" there was a problem please contact support ".
i have searched all the Apple site for a solution and got nothing i intend to contact support and as you know it needs a Serial number or IMEI , i have entered both and the same result " Our records indicate that this product has been replaced. Please provide the serial number for your replacement product to find the support and warranty coverage information. For more information, please contact us." and i have been in the same circle for about two weeks , please help me .

by the way the nearest apple care center is two countries away .

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
