I recently checked the memory on my MacBook, and it's showing that i have 164 GB of backups alone (I think the size of the back up is due to the size of my itunes collection which has been moved to my new Mac Mini that has more available memory).  I have never sent these to an external drive and i'm wondering if that is the issue.  I just bought a 2 TB time capsule and do hope this remedies the situation. Is there any way to delete old back ups? Suggestions on freeing up some space.
