Q: I bought an album from a store and downloaded it onto my phone I deleted it and then wanted to put it on again so I bought it off the itunes store and it charged me how can I get a refund

I bought a Chase and status cd from a hmv store , so I downloaded it onto my phone and decided to delete all of my music because it was slowing down my phone but later on I decided that I wanted it on again but I didn't know that iTunes would charge me again ,so does anyone know how I can get my money back without having to ring them up...
