Q: does ipad mini LTE version have personal hotspot

i am planning to buy an ipad mini LTE version,would like to know whether it has personal hotspot??

iPad, iOS 6.1.4

    Of course, as you can see in the link you gave. However, this depends on the carrier, which may enable Personal Hotspot only for some data plans. Contact with the carrier for more information

    If you are in the US, AT&T allow it on the 5GB $50 plan. I am using T-Mobile on my Mini now and because T-Mobile is not supported on the Mini yet, I can tether for free. That will change though once T-Mobile becomes an official iPad carrier as they are on the iPhone.

     

    I get LTE on T-Mobile on my Mini very well.
