Q: Itunes Help <3 please

Hey, I have no idea where to start. I will do my best to discribe my question.

Recently I was given an iTunes gift card, so I redeemed that and have money on my account.

Then today I was going to buy some more music for my phone, because when I have an itunes gift card I get addicted.

But anyways, when I went to purchess a song or two, it asked about my credit card.

Which I thought was weird...but I knew I had to change the address on it anyways, so I did.

When the purchase went through, it didnt take any money off my itunes but off my credit card.

How do I get it to where it takes my gift card and not money out of the bank?

I hope this makes sense, if not I am so sorry.

    Order of iTunes billing methods

    When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
