There is a Keynote app for the iPhone and iPad that can both view and create/edit Keynote presentations.

If you open a Keynote '09 presentation on an ipad that has ios7 installed, you will be told that it will save it as the new Keynote and to open it on a Mac you will need a newer version of Keynote. I liked having the capability of preparing a Keynote presentaiton on my iMac and then presenting using my ipad, but since I have gone back to Mountain Lion, I can't figure out how to get the old version of Keynote on my ipad. Be aware that if you edit and save on your ipad, if it has ios7, you will need whatever Mac you are using to have Mavericks in order to open the presentation. '09 Keynote on a mac will not open a keynote you have edited and saved on your ipad with ios7.
