    You can access some of it from your Mac by going to icloud.com and signing into your account.  You can access all of it on your phone from within the apps that are syncing data with iCloud (contacts, calendars, notes, reminders, etc.).

     

    Or, did you mean you are trying to sign into your account on your Mac?  If so, go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign in and check the data you wish to sync with iCloud.

    You can also log in at icloud.com with your correct Apple ID, or use the icloud control panel (MAC or Windows) to help manage and monitor your icloud information.
