HT5100 In iTunes U, I accessed a module of a course in error.  Now I can't delete the course from my iTunes U course list.  What should I do?

When I try to delete the course from the iPad, it disappears, but it's back again the next time I open the iTunes U app.

OS Mac 10.7.2 (not yet avail above)
