Thanks. This function is already selected and functions well for URL that are added in the main text, but the URL in the bibliography section still appears as plain text. I did'nt have this problem when I was using Word, but with Pages it doesn't work.
The only option I see for the moment, is to 'convert bibliography to text' option, and manually format each hyperlink–which can be very long in the case of a Master's dissertation.

I just dragged an URL into a footnote and the hyperlink works. Pasting doesn't.
How are you doing it?

I am doing in-text citation, using Insert > EndNote citation > [find and select citation in the dialogue box] > Insert. This automaticaly creates a citation like this in the text (Meier, 2013), and generate a Bibliography section at the end of the document. This is where the URL doesn't show as hyperlink.
If I copy/paste the bibliography items into another section, the URL works.
Is it possible that there is a bug with Pages and the EndNote plug-in?

I don't have EndNote. I suggest you direct your question to the EndNote.com forums.
Actually I was wrong, Copy/Pasting does work.
