Q: my mom and son took my ipad2 down south and now my ipad is saying that it is disabled and need to connect to itunes the screen is frozen and i cannot use it at all help me what can i do about this matter?

My ipad not working it said that its disabled and needs to connect itunes but the screen is completely frozen what can i do about this matter?
