If not, then you need to start correcting the information you are posting if you really want any help.

in disk utilities (deleted my partition,erased it, mounted usb into my hard disk )and when i quit disk utilities my installation does'nt get started..which usually should start..i only get the window of restore your system

atleast find me a solution to install a windows..when i keep the c.d of windows it's getting ejected automatically

It sounds like it was hacked to run XP and then makes it not run OS X now.
Only thing I can suggest is to repartition the hard drive to a single HFS+, GUID partition and see if that allows you to install OS X.
