Aug 28, 2013 9:33 AM in response to oldcarguy010by KiltedTim,Their "problem" is that they will not unlock it for a non-customer without proof that the phone was purchase as a no-commitment phone either directly from Apple or from AT&T themselves.
What would be the financial incentive for them to unlock a phone locked to their network so that it could be freely used on a different network?

Apr 19, 2014 12:44 PM in response to mkhairt83by KiltedTim,ONLY the carrier it's locked to can unlock it. Talk to them. If they won't unlock it for you, then sell it and buy one you can actually use.
