Q: i need help to payment

hello

place I need help to payment with AMERICAN EXPRESS  GIFT CARD IN Apple store because my CARD IS EMPTY

I'm now out UK to holiday and i need to buy some programs and i can't updates all my programs .

The credit card that you use on your account needs to be registered to the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account so that it can be validated - if you are trying to use a prepaid card then they tend not to be linked to an address, so you won't be able to use them (they will fail the address validation).

 

You can also only buy from a country's store whilst you are in that country, so if your account is based here in the UK then you will need to wait until you are back here before you can buy from its store.
