(Over time, Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your Mac's built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)
Consider the following if you have not already done so.
Turn your Mac off. Do NOT use the > Restart... menu command. Wait a minute then power it back on.
Then double check that you have carefully followed the specific reset instructions for "Resetting the SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own" (thee proper reset process for your new Macbook Pro).
Now check whether your MBP's Finder > Go > Utilities > System Information > Hardware > USB shows any camera in any USB Bus item listed in the USB Device Tree window. You may have to click the reveal triangle ( ▶ ) to see all items connected via hubs.

If you can see a camera listed in the Device Tree window but it does not work with any app you try in any user account (do not use the "guest account") you test, you might try connecting an external Mac Compatible Web Cameras. One of them may work, and you do not need to send your Mac back to buy one.
If NO camera is listed in the USB Device Tree, you have a hardware problem that will require service if you want it corrected.
There are no user serviceable parts of the camera. You may want to contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for service. If you decide to continue to use your computer without getting it serviced, you can certainly do so. However, it is possible that other functions may begin to fail if they are related to the hardware fault that is causing your camera problem.
If you decide to send your Mac away for service, make a backup first if you do not have a current one.
