Are they things that you've bought from iTunes, or are they purchases that neither you (nor anybody who has access to your devices and/or account) have made ?
If the latter and they were through your iTunes account then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption. If they weren't through your account then you should contact your card issuer.
