Q: Hello.

Problem: both my ipod and iphone 5 are not being recognized in itunes. I can hear the click/ding when I plug it into my computer but and error keeps occuring saying the devices cannot be found. just a few days ago it was fine. It's not a new device or computer. Please help. I can't transfer music:( I have the most current itunes download.
