I have two separate AppleIDs for two separate iTunes stores (Swiss and UK). After having downloaded a movie from the UK store today (Star Trek), I switched back to the Swiss store as I would normally do, then tried to reconnect to iTunes Match (as I also routinely do). Keep getting the following message:

What's going on? I've been doing this for years because I buy English-language films, which are not always available on the Swiss store. I've never had any "association" issues.
Any ideas or, even better, solutions?

When you use iTunes Match, automatic downloads or redownload an account's past purchases then you risk tying the computer or device to that account for 90 days :

You can either wait until the 90 days have counted down, or try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can remove the association for you : - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

The terms of use of each country's store state that you need to be in that country to use its store, and as far as I know it's always been like that. If there is a particular film that you want that is in the UK but not the Swiss store then you could try requesting that it be added to the Swiss store (though the film studio would need to grant Apple a license to have it there) :

Redownloading the film was probably what associated that account with your computer. And yes, all content is licensed to Apple to sell on a country-by-country basis, so each country therefore has its own store and you need to be in a country to use its store.
