I think those will remain unchanged while iWorks for iCloud will continue to be free. My gut feeling tells me that Apple wants to try to compete directly with Google Docs which is already free. Of course this is just speculation and we'll have to wait and see.

Sep 3, 2013 8:06 PM in response to marvellissimoby Sam Katz1,Just to be clear, you will not get reimbursed. Pages for icloud has a much lesser feature set than Pages for Mac at present. Pages for ios is somewhere in between.
Your $10-$20 go to support the development team, however small that may seem. Please respect all developers, both third-party and apple ones.
That said, if you contact itunes support, they can make a determination if you are owed a refund. But you generally do that for problems with the apps.
