Q: How and where do add on to my current icloud storeage?

How and where do I add on to my current icloud storeage? You emailed me and said you are dropping my 20GB to 5GB and i need to buy my own memory now and it is no longer offered for free, but were do i go to add on to the current 5GB memory now being offered? I can not find it anywhere! Is it a secret?
