I was having trouble creating new folders for some reason (the option was grayed out) in Outlook 2011 for Mac.  After playing around for a while, I did create one.

I logged on again later today and my Junk Mail folder had two new folders underneath ("On My Computer" and "Gmail") it and both had a red 0/ (the universal no entry) sign on them.  All of them have the symbol and I cannot click on tthem and enter the folders.

I might note I have a Gmail account and a Live.com account that are linked into my Outlook, if that makes any difference.

Since I get some important mail that does get into my junk mail and I need to review my junk mail, I need to find out why this happened.
