Sep 5, 2013 2:00 PM in response to stevehockleyby randers4,If you are a former MobilMe subscriber and are trying to downgrade to the free 5GB plan, the reason it won't accept the change is because there's nothing to change. You plan is already scheduled to downgrade to the free 5GB plan at the end of the month if you don't do anything (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527).
