The video is missing the proper orientation flag which tells it to display vertically. When you edited it on the PC it likely added black bars to the video the side and then it flipped the video horizontally. This is called Vertical Video Syndrome. To avoid this, always hold the camera horizontally when shooting a video.

I don't think it adds black bars to my video's either sides, because when I play it on my pc it's still on portrait mode?
