Same issue, and the console doesn't really say anything usefull.

Ok, I fixed it.
What I did was shut down my computer and upon restart disabling my antivirous, force quitting all of my apps, and "relaunching" the finder.
This can be done by clicking the Apple menu on the upper left of the screen and choosing "Force Quit...".
The Relaunch button for the finder is also found there.
