Recently deployed a wireless network company wide.  It's setup for WPA2 personal since thats the only level supported by a diagnostic tester we use.  Next month we are rolling out a new product in our service departments that require the use of iPads.  Using laptops and a Windows RT tablet on the wireless network we can run a speedtest without any issue.  The iPads however display a strange problem when running a speedtest.  They sorta surge on the upload part of the test.  I'll try to attached a screen shot of the exact issue.

I know the iPhone 5 had issues with WPA2 and AES encryptions... did that also carry over to the iPads?  Any thoughts what else might be causing this?
