Now I have the message,but it will not go away.No response to tapping "OK". Cannot use device at all.Help? more

Sep 9, 2013 1:08 PM in response to teresa927by stedman1,A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
