Sep 9, 2013 8:55 PM in response to ellbowby BrianFRS,my previous iphone 5 had issues with the usb port not wanting to recognize my usb cable for charging. so i went into the apple store to see if i could get it fixed. long story short, they gave me a new iphone. I didn't know about this software update. when I got the new phone i noticed some things were wrong with it. the phone is CONSTANTLY going from LTE to no internet to "No Service" and then BACK to LTE. It is laggy about sending texts. I can't load anything on the internet without waiting minutes for the internet to come back. But even when it does say LTE the internet still lags. It's like it has a spurt of service and then the phone goes back to having none. Apple. Fix this ****. It's ******* all of us off and we can't use our devices, seriously.
