    Hello Nokuthula,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

Once you have the voice memo on your phone, you can sync it to your iTunes library by checking the Include Voice Memos checkbox in the Music tab of the device when you have it selected in iTunes.

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Connect the iOS device to your computer using the included USB cable
    3. Click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper right corner first.)

Some tabs may not appear if you do not have corresponding content in your library. For example, if you do not have any podcasts in your library, the corresponding Podcast tab will not appear.
    4. Click Apply, in the lower-right corner of the screen, to sync.

From: iOS: Syncing your data with iTunes

When you click apply that will sync over the voice memo to your library and create a new playlist called Voice Memos. In there will be listed your memos, and drag the one you want to share to you desktop.

    Take care,
