    You don't re-redeem a code.

    iTunes menu Store > Check for available downloads.

    "All purchases have been downloaded for this Apple ID."  I took the time to read the Itunes support before posting on this board. I feel like the program is flawed for not letting me download the file that I chose to download later. Also it used up my download code. Thanks for trying to help, Chris CA, but I tried that already and it doesn't work for this situation.

    I'm having this exact issue. I can see my redeemed movie in my account activity, but nowhere else. Can't download it on my computer, can't see it on my phone -  I haven't tried my tv or ipad, but I doubt I could see them there either.

    You can't download it where?

     

    Did you go to your Purchases page by going to the iTunes Store home page and clicking on the 'Purchased' link on the right side under Quick Links?

    iTunes prefs > Store.

    Tick Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.

    If it's not there, log out of iTunes store then log back in.

    Now slect Movies.

    You should see a cloud icon next to iTunes purcahses that are not on yrou computer.

    Click to download (or you can simply click Play to stream & not download).
