I just got Logic Pro X, & it's pretty much an upgraded GarageBand. I love the features, but I cannot connect my MIDI keyboard to it. I have it set up for GarageBand though, with the correct drivers installed on my computer & all and it works fine. I just can't seem to get it to connect to Logic. Also, how are Logic Pro, GB, & MainStage 3 all interconnected? I have all 3.

I was having this problem with my keyboard in Pro Logic X, yet it was working fine in Garage Band.  I detatched my USB keyboard from my computer, then in the Pro Logic X Midi preferences, I reset the driver.

I am having the same problem with my M-audio keyboard. It's really frustrating because no one has an answer for me that really works

In pro logic x, go up to preferences, then go to the midi tab. There should be a button there that says reset driver or something ( not at home so I can't check exactly).

Thanks bro.My issue was not installing the Yamah drivers. When I installed from the Yamaha site,it all started to work fine.I wrongly assumed that Mountain Lion was ready for Yamaha as is!
