Cannot connect.  Continues to ask for "Login Keychain" which I never initiated.  How do I eliminate the "login keychain" requirement?

On my MacBook Pro only, I continually receive a 'window' asking for my "Login Keychain Password" - when using Safari, Mail, attempting to use FaceTime (Messaging Activity Login Keychain Password) , etc. - I have never entered a Login Keychain password for any application that I know of.  I have attempted to eliminate the keychain 'requirements' under the Keychain application...all to no avail.  How do I eliminate the "Login Keychain" requirement completely????

Thanks in advance for any assistance.  jtt
