Q: When I click on iCloud there is no option to "manage", now what?

iCloud has disappeared from my iMac, together with most of my mail in box (which may be a coincidence). When i go to trouble shooting it tells me to open System prefs, choose iClod and then go to manage. There is no manage option that I can see.
