I am a user from India.
I recently came across the replacement policy of apple which was to replace any iPod (Touch) with a 4th gen iPod (Touch) by paying some extra amount. I was happy about this option given to me. So, I got myself enrolled but then today it’s been 16th day and the support staff tells me that apple is out of iPod (Touch) for replacement so I've got to wait. I'm shattered is this the same Apple which believed in a 10 day replacement policy. Can anyone help me in what action should I take next?
