Language changes in Pages

I am creating a flyer in Pages, and need it to read in Spanish.  How can I change the text for just this project without having to change the language on my entire iMac?  I will want to have a flyer in Spanish and on in  English.  So being able to create the document/flyer easily in both languages within pages would be excellent!!  

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2), Lion upgrade too

    Changing the language on your Mac has nothing to do with translating text from one language to another.  For that you need a translator, preferably human to avoid erroneous or embarassing results.  For machine translation, the best is at

    If all you need is a Spanish Spellchecker, select the Spanish Text and select:


    Inspector > Text > More > Language > Español
