Log in with your Apple ID and find your iPod in the "My Products" box on the main page:

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if Wi-Fi is enabled on the device. What you cannot do is track your device using a serial number or other identifying number. You cannot expect Apple or anyone else to find your device for you. You cannot recover your loss unless you insure your device for such loss. It is not covered by your warranty.

Sep 14, 2013 11:17 PM in response to nbarby brookesela,I have the serial number and have enabled automatic deletion because the ipod was locked, but Apple would like to inform that disenrolled the serial number. Simply click on "Unregister"? or need to do something else?

- Apple will do nothing without a court order
