Apple's updated mobile OS, Apple iOS 7 will be available to download on Sep. 18th. Apple has yet to give a specific time regarding when iOS 7 will be available.

    About iOS 7

The following from Apple is all that we know about iOS7 at this time. We are users, too, so we know no more than you.

iOS 7 will be available as a free software update for iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, iPad mini and iPod touch (fifth generation) Sep 18. Some features may not be available on all products.

*US English, French and German will be available with the launch of iOS 7. Additional languages will be added over time.

For general information on the features of iOS 7 see: Apple - iOS 7.

30 seconds ago you didn't even know the answer. Furthermore, iOS7 will not be out for "all products." Note that information in my reply.

You should learn not to criticize your elders. It shows a lack of consideration.

No, it wasn't.  Kappy's answer was accurate and detailed.  Yours was incorrect and vexatious.

No.  If anything, you have to wait for Cupertino local time, and they'll make it available when it's available.

Also, it won't be available for everyone simultaneously.  It will be 'staged' out.  You will get it when you get it.  No offense, but that's just the way it is.  You WILL see people posting they got it before you get it.  That's the way life goes.
