Q: I have a lexmark wireless (4650) printer and I can't print from my MacBook Air unless it is connected by the USB

I have a MacBook Air (new) and I am trying to print wirelessly on my Lexmark 4650 - the printer has a wireless connection and will print only if i manually connect the laptop to the printer vis USB - Can anyone help me figure out what else I need to do?

As you can see here, Mountain Lion does not directly support that model of printer:
