thank you for answering this question. looking through the document you linked did not resolve the problem for me. if you search around the support forums (eg. by using the "more like this" feature on the right) you will find that this is an unsolved problem appearently not covered by the troubleshooting document.
could you please look into this issue? i have two music downloads stuck at "processing", and it looks like there is no solution available, neither here nor in the support documents.
just to add, nothing is different in my setup today than it was the other day, where my purchases came through without a hitch. same network, same macbook, same settings.
 i cannot even remove the downloads using the »downloads« window in itunes. b0rked!

Even when I try to update only one single app. Restart of MB, close & open iTunes, disk utility - nothing helped.

I tried killing iTunes.exe with the Task Manager on Windows 7, opened iTunes again and started downloading / updating my apps again. This time I DID NOT open the downloading window to check on the download progress for each app and it worked. All is being downloaded now. I hope this helps.
