I have email addresses in my Address Book, and in Previous Recipients that contimue to go into Mails Junk folder.  I have selected 'Not Junk" over and over and have also set rules so that the particular emails are moved into the Inbox.  But it deosn't happen.  They continue to go to Junk.  I should add that these are important emails and are emails that I used to receive in the Inbox with no problems.

I have sent all of the emails in question to my mail provider and they are NOT being filtered by them.  They deem them fine

Have you tried the Reset button? It is in the same Junk Mail panel.

I don't know why this is happenng either Dillin. If your Apple certified IT person can't fix it then there is little I can suggest, on this user forum. The respondents posting here are mostly users like yourself, not IT certified technicians.

If this problem is a major irritant, she could create a new user account and set up say, just one email account and see if that handles the emails correctly, and if it does she could add her other email accounts and see how they go. Finally, if this approach works she can 'move' all her activities over to the new user account and work from that alone.
