Q: I've updated my iPad to OS7 and now can't connect to the App Store. It works on my phone and interject connection is fine. Any thoughts?

I've updated to OS7 on my iPad and now can't connect to the App Store.  The internet is working and it works on my phone, though slow;  is this an App Store problem or a problem with the software upgrade? Am I alone with this issue?

    Same think here. I've done the upgrade to iOS7 on my iPhone 4S and on my iPad2... iPhone 4S it's right (there's a little problem with the Podcast App that can't connect the iTunes Store) but not the iPad2 (i can't connect to the App Store in any way... no connection with wifi a no connection with 3g...)

    Hi I'm having the same issue, I get the 'cannot connect to App Store' same with iTunes, my internet also fine and hubby's iPad (not on ios7 yet) works with them both fine!

     

    I'm getting really cross, ios7 already put my iPad into recovery mode!

    I have the same problem, once I updated to iOS 7 and tryed to get into the App Store it wouldn't let me, I think everyone is having problems right now

    Same here... iPhone 4 works perfectly after update, iPad 2 cannot connect to App Store or iTunes

    it's probably a server problem, what is sure is that it is the first time I experience all of these problems during an upgrade (I am customer from iphone 3gs and I updated from time to time to ios 5, ios 6 and so on) .. .

    Same here. I was allowed to update apps hours ago. But when I want to download new apps it wouldn't allow me. I signed out and i'm not able to sign in again!

    It's a iPhone 5 by the way

    Same here with my ipad 3 i having the same error "Cannot Connect to App Store" thanks apple for the error coz atleast app store should have been tested before realeasing an update i guess they didnt do that first. anyways i have ipad 3

    I made the App Store work with the "8.8.8.8" trick! iTunes isn't working yet though...

    belive it or not this worked for me:

     

    “Go to Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again or press the button from Passbook. If you get an error message, go back to the Settings app and change Date and Time > Set Automatically back to On. Then go back and try again.”

     

    please note that when you go to app store when you change time to future go through passbook / and close the app then and then wehn you set time back to auto go back to app store through passbook and it will work then close it and then normal app store icon will work form now on

    The issue is solved. I restore my iPad by pressing Shift + restore iPad on iTunes with the ipsw file. After the completion of restore, it asks me to fill in the Apple ID but I skipped it. Amazing, it works. I checked the setting / iTunes & App Store, my Apple ID was automatically filled and the App Store is open without problem. Hi hi hi

    After upgrade to ios7 on iPad3, iTunes Store shows a blank white page.  The app store works just fine.  Reverted iPad3 without restore and everything worked fine.  Restored from backup and iTunes Store stopped working again (but the app store works just fine).  This has persisted since ios7 was installed.  Any ideas?

    If you had any vpn ( hotspot shield ) app before this happened, switch it on and it should work for you, while you download anything switch it off cause it will slow down your download.
