Aug 5, 2016 3:54 PM in response to deggieby AlexandreFR,Hi,
I am having the same issue with my iPod, tried everything I could think of, including iTunes restores from both a Mac and a Windows computer.
In my case I can rule out without any doubt "Either this iPhone has previously been hacked, rolled back, used an unauthorized beta, or was jailbroken" now the part that could prove to be useful is how would to establish for sure that my iPod experienced a hardware failure when the device was working but not synchronized with the right iTunes library?
Is there a specific program I could be looking into?
Regards,
