Sep 8, 2013 8:55 AM in response to l9ChevyDriven85by mm19650,Wow, after about 2 days with identical issues (including not accessing iTunes Match) and about 20 crashes, your solution worked like a dream. For anybody else having this problem, try this solution before: closing your firewall, opening ports, don't even bother to run the iTunes diagnostics (as these will run correctly).

I have an HP EliteBook 2570p with Intel HD4000 (driver version 9.18.10.3006) and iTunes kept on crashing when I tried to access the iTunes stroes, but adding that extra path has solved the problem.
