Follow the directions here to remove the passcode:

HI, it doesn't work , when I go for restore iPhone . The message displays FIND MY I PHONE MUST BE TURNED OFF BEFORE IT CAN BE RESTORED
GO TO I CLOUD SETTING ON YOUR IPHONE AND TURN OFF FIND MY I PHONE BEFORE RESTORING YOUR IPHONE
but without password how can I open the phone and change the settings in my phone .....?.....

Login to iCloud.com on your computer, locate your phone, then issue the erase command. This will also remove the passcode. Then, restore the phone from backup.
