Sep 19, 2013 8:21 AM in response to pgoodwinby pgoodwin,Also tobyw101 reset all his Settings and that worked. Let us know if either a reboot or a Settings reset fixes it

Sep 19, 2013 8:54 AM in response to pgoodwinby RockyNB,I tried the reboot several times and that had not helped, but a setting rest seemed to have fixed the issue for now. I will repost if the issue reoccurs.

Sep 20, 2013 4:21 AM in response to pgoodwinby RockyNB,Well the setting reset fixed the issue for a day. The 3 or 4 second delay when typing from the keyboard is back and it affects all apps from unlocking the phone to the chats. So we still need some type of fix, because doing a setting reset everyday does not make sense.

Sep 20, 2013 7:53 AM in response to pgoodwinby w7sg_599,Just a thought, I wonder if the slow down on some phones is because very little memory is left after the upgrade.

Sep 20, 2013 7:54 AM in response to pgoodwinby Airion,★HelpfulI spoke with Apple Support last night and they gave me this link:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137 and sat with me for ages while I went through each step. Since completing the back-up, my phone is working perfectly (touch wood), even if it does look like a stupid Android.
Note to Apple: If we wanted Android's, we'd buy them. Please bring back the unique Apple look, and get rid of all the blinding white backgrounds.

Sep 20, 2013 8:09 AM in response to w7sg_599by pgoodwin,I wonder too. I have plenty of Flash disk space left 4GB or so), but I'm not sure how much RAM and iPhone 4 has and don't know how RAM hungry iOS7 is compared to iOS 6.

Sep 20, 2013 8:12 AM in response to Airionby pgoodwin,Airion...that does sound like a long painful process loading stuff back in one type at a time.

Sep 20, 2013 8:24 AM in response to w7sg_599by bigbadaboom2401,Well I had 1.7GB free before the upgrade and now I have 1.4GB. As I said before there's no noticable lag navigating around. After someone mentioned the typing lag, I did notice 1-2 seconds sometimes when typing notes. And I just realised now that my emoji keyboard is horrendously laggy, takes several goes to scroll the various pages.
