I have an Ipad with Verizon Wi Fi + Cellular. Can I use this as my sole internet provider for this device?

If you choose but you need to be careful with your data plan and make sure you use wifi at home. This approach will make you pad a sole source so others in tying household will need to use your device. It's really your call.
