Fastest way is if you backed up to your computer from iTunes first, you can downgrade.

Thing is, at some point you'll have to be on iOS 7.

Did you have all your apps closed in iOS 6 before upgrading. If not (that's ok) double click your home button, swipe up every single app to close them all. Then hold the On/off + Home buttons for 15 seconds or so until you see the apple logo. That will reset iPhone and will perhaps get you stable and maybe running faster.

I don't know if iPhone 4 offers background tasks, but if it does-turn them off.

Settings>General>Background App Refresh. (If you don't have that setting-the feature is not available in iP4).

The thing goes like this,

you are being rude when, you assume that is my fault or the costumer fault to upgrade an official software offered by one of the leading mobile companies. when you bealive that its OK, that they have gone through all the process in checking the system and its OK to use it for an Iphone 4.

And when you get it, it works really bad, every app that you open even apple ones take a lot of time. So if this is a problem the company should allow the downgrade because I paid 500 dolars for my equipment, when i bought it. and it was running fine with my previous version, so if Apple can´t garantee the quality of IOS 7 in iphone 4 they shouldnt realese it. I choose this company because i trust its products and quality, and its price has allways been higher but so its quality. Now I dont have to take the responsability and throw my device to the garbage can, because i downloaded the latest firmware.

That why its rude to answer someone that you have nothing to do, because the company doesnt take responsability in their own products and quality anymore.

wow, I hope you are not employed by Apple or the company should really do something about you.

in my opinion:

1) Hi-Van's argument is extremely clear

2) He has a point

3) You understand perfectly his point even if you won't admit it

4) You are being rude and offensive

5) Attitudes like yours are a huge damage to Apple, fortunately most of us experienced also their excellent customer service.

grow up dude
