Is anyone else haveing this issue? On my iPhone and iPad after upgrading to iOS7 I am being asked to aggree to new iCloud terms and conditions, but when I select 'View Terms' to sign it returns an error: 'Unable to connect to server.'

Until i can get this working I am unable to use any iCloud services on both devices. Server overloaded? Anyone else?

I have tried all the suggestions posted and nothing has solved the issue. I deleted the Find Friends App and reinstalled - when I logged in I was not asked to accept any terms or conditions instead I get a message that Locations Service's is turned off - when I go to settings and attempt to turn it on I cant because it is grayed out.

I am promted numerous times to log into iCloud and accpet the terms but never get the ability to accept the terms. This is extremely frustrating and very disappointing as many other features are dependant on the acceptance of these terms and conditions -

Does anyone know if there is a way to contact Apple directly with this or do they not support questions via email?

    Thanks

I just thought of something: have you, or anyone of the users for whom the solutions posted didn't work, tried logging into the iCloud website (from any device) and accepting the terms and conditions from there? I can't try it due to the fact that the initial 'Find Friends' workaround solved the problem for me, but it might be worth a shot. In theory, it should solve the problem because all you need to do is agree to the terms and conditions once, regardless of the means you use for acknowledging agreement.

If you do try it, please share the result.

I was able to log into the iCloud via the web but that still didnt work - I ended up contacting Apple Support and had to re-do the phone like it was new

I found that shutting the phone down and then starting up again a couple times finally solved the problem, the FindFriends, etc. was not working for me. Maybe it calls into the mothership for help when it boots up.

FIXED AND VERY EASY! - IPAD-IPHONE IOS7 Server Can not Connect/SAFARI EXTREMLY SLOW OR DEAD/iCloud Can not Turn Off..

None of the Above worked for me! so If you are having any of these problems/issues and not able to turn off your iCloud or can not access Terms & Conditions...after your IOS7 upgrade !! well of course none of us knew about the fact we all use WIFI connection and none realised it is todo with the type of encryption we are using ie (WEP/WEPPERSONLA/WAP2PERSONAL etc....) all you need todo is either turn off the wireless security for your Router from your admin panel and you will see the Miracle before your Eyes!!Once you have done all your tweaks and accepted your temrs and conditions all you have todo then is Change to WEP2 or WAP or which ever works for your home network and choose from all the available increptions you have and try which ever works for you on your ipad/iphone etc...

Aple will need to release another update to fix this issue and allow ipads/iphones to recognise all wifi security encryption codes

again nothing wrong with your IPAD/IPHONE all you have todo is tweak you router's encription type and this will work 100%

    I hope this helps

Find Friends worked like a charm for me! But Safari and games like pinball are extremely slowed down. I even tried restoring iPad as new, ended up having to do the Find Friends trick again and am back to square one with slowdown. So Apple needs to release an update ASAP!

Try hard restarting your device. It was the only thing that worked for me.

I had the same problem. And I tried all that is suggested here: Find my friends, looging in to www.icloud.com and see if I could acccept conditions there etc. After logging into "Find my friends", I accepted the conditions there, but that didnt unlock the icloud account under settings. So this is what I did: I went General-->reset-->reset all setting.

After a reboot, and connectind to WIFI, the icloud was active and opened it. There a "terms and conditions" showing on top to be accepted. After tapping on it, it just disappeared (I guess because I accepted already under "Find my friends".  All is now good!

I hope someone will get helped by this.

I have been struggling for the past 24 hours and getting more and more frustrated trying to get my ipad 2 to access the server since upgrading to ios7. Tried all the suggestions on here, none of which worked. As a last resort it occurred to me to go into the system prefs on my imac and open the sharing folder where I had my wifi set up (I use an ethernet connection but have set up a local wifi network for my devices).

I deleted and retyped the password for my local wifi network and that was all it took - suddenly everything on the ipad worked. Don't ask me why, I am not very techie, but it just did the trick.

My ipad was plugged in and there was a ping as e mail downloaded in Mail, the icloud T&C's became accessible, Safari connected, as did the App store. None of those would work before as I could not access the server but now all is working fine.

Check your password on your computer network - delete it and retype it (I didn't create a new password, I used the same one I had been using before) and hopefully it will solve your problem too. I was almost ready to fling my ipad out of a 4th floor window before trying this. Good luck.

I had a similar issue and the fix was (on my iPhone 4) to go into the wifi settings and tell it to forget the wifi network I was on; then re-select that network, enter the network password, and then Find my Friends launched and the accept terms and conditions disappeared under the iCloud settings and everything is fine now.

I was very close to going down to my local Apple Store with my iPhone 5 and the iPhone 4 (both of which are tied to the same iCloud account) and raising Cane.

Not sure why but something appears to have been blocking the wifi on my iPhone 4, despite the fact that under wifi settings it was showing me logged on to my home network.

So if you are getting some form of unable to access server/timed out error when trying to accept the new iCloud T&C's, try telling your affected IOS device to forget the network, and then log back into it.  Worked for me.

What a pain--between this and the Fubar AppleTV 6.0 update that bricked my AppleTV, I thought for a moment I was in a parallel universe running Windows devices and getting blue screens of death.

I tried the Find my Friend fix, didn't work, deleted Find my Friend, rebooted and reloaded, didn't work.  Then went to WiFi and 'forgot my network' and reloaded.  within a minute everything was up and running and the T&C's for iCloud no longer an issue.  Somewhere the info for T&C's was blocked from going out despite my cellular data being on and active.  Wierd and disappointing from Apple

Tried all of the above to no avail......finally what worked for me was "reset" (iPhone). Yes HaimonaT, i agree : disappointing from Apple indeed.

Also, i know its a matter of taste but really : the new look of iOS 7 is ugly and looks weirdly old fashioned or dare i say....windows ! like. Disappointing again. Hope they get a new designer in !! Aesthetics were always such a strong point of Apple; i was negatively surprised by the look of it. For what it's worth.....

I had the same problem. The only thing you will need to do is to download the find my friends app from the Apple Store.

Once you do so, you're pretty much set up.
Just sign in and agree with the new terms that will show up on the main page of the app.
Then just go back to settings and sign in on Icloud and you will be all set.

I don't know where Apple screw up, but this alternative pretty much solved all my problems... and everything is working perfectly now.
