Sep 20, 2013 9:39 PM in response to kepardueby 阿莫.,Having the same problem on all my iOS devices including a new iPhone 5c, as well as my Mac.
Documents in the Cloud is not working at all, both iWork and third-party apps that contain iCloud data. e.g Newly created Pages documents on my MacBook can not be uploaded. And If I log in to iCloud.com, and click any of the iWork icons, then the page is logged out. The rest of iCloud app/functions are fine.
Apple's System Status did not report this issue recently, it is an iOS 7 bug or a problem of iCloud?

Sep 21, 2013 4:55 AM in response to kepardueby dignanmorse,Same here. New 5s, noticed some oddities with sync. After investigating further on my other iOS devices as well as my three Macs I realize there was no syncing any of them anymore. I'm hoping Zite temporary server-side problem that will resolve itself that's on. I've tried numerous steps including removing, deleting and re-enabling my iCloud account on all devices. I first noticed a problem because downcast and day one did not seem to be syncing properly. Then I notice my iPhone 5 S did not have any of the keyboard shortcuts I had set up on my iPad and Mac running Mavericks. Keyboard shortcuts have been sinking between iOS devices since I was six and most recently with Mavericks on the Mac as well.

Sep 22, 2013 4:38 AM in response to kepardueby laughinman1,I'm experiencing the same issue. Don't believe I was experiencing this before I upgraded 5>5S (all devices upgraded to iOS 7).
Noticed Clear, Pages and keyboard shortcuts weren't syncing anymore ever since I got the 5S.
iPad mini and iPod touch don't sync between themselves either now!
Reinstalling Clear and Pages.
I've tried removing and readding iCloud account.
Disabling Documents & Data, restarting before re-enabling.
Hope Apple acknowledges this issue ...
iPhone 5s running iOS 7.0.1

Sep 22, 2013 5:16 AM in response to laughinman1by rhbourne65,Same issue here, on devides with ios 6&7. Tracing it back, it appears that ios devices stopped syncing docs to iCloud 6 days ago -- before ios7 was distributed. iCloud Support says it's a known issue, and that they're working on it. In the meantime, no doc sync -- and selecting iWork areas of icloud.com boots user from the system. If this isn't fixed today, we're moving to DropBox/Sookasa, and sayonara iCloud.

Sep 22, 2013 5:24 AM in response to rhbourne65by anthony.ikeda,Good to know. Thanks rhbourne65. I just wish when they acknowledged these issues they would issue a maintenance statement so we weren't chasing our tails in this.

Sep 22, 2013 5:32 AM in response to anthony.ikedaby rhbourne65,Likewise - (sigh). Particularly because this is a fairly major issue if you rely on doc sync (which we do, every day, for business). Sort of gives the whole "cloud isn't ready for prime time" theory a boost, doesn't it...

Sep 22, 2013 7:21 AM in response to rhbourne65by dignanmorse,FWIW, I finally called Apple support to try and resolve this issue. I was seeing "ubiquity account locked" I'm my UBD console logs. Apple support was unable to help and suggested waiting to see if the issue resolved itself.
I finally decided to remove the existing iCloud account used for documents in the cloud from all of my devices and create a new account to use instead.
Guess what? Everything is now syncing beautifully using the new account. Apparently, my iCloud account got into a non-functional state on the server. Replacing it did the trick.
Unfortunately, this is not really a practical solution for most people and is not something I would recommend doing unless you plan to spend some time setting things up. Also, it's an unacceptable solution for Apple to ask of users. Granted, Apple support did not recommend I delete my old account and start fresh, but they did inquire as to whether I had tried syncing with another account.

Sep 22, 2013 7:25 AM in response to dignanmorseby anthony.ikeda,At least progress is being made. I'm curious was your original account previously a MobileMe account?
Also how do you export all the data from the previous account?
-
Sep 22, 2013 7:35 AM in response to anthony.ikedaby dignanmorse,The previous account was not a MobileMe account prior. Also, it has been syncing perfectly fine for the past two years with Mountain Lion, Lion and iOS 5 up.
As far as getting the data from when I got to counter the other it's not a simple task. You have to make sure you go into each of your apps that currently use documents in the cloud and turn off documents in the cloud for each of the apps. This way, when you remove the iCloud account from settings but it will not remove the associated data from each of the apps. In other words, before you remove the old iCloud account, by turning off documents in the cloud for each of the individual apps The data contained in iCloud documents should be converted into local data within each application. Then after you delete the account and sign in using the new iCloud account go back into each of these applications and turn iCloud syncing back on. This will force the app to move the now local data into the new iCloud accounts document sync sandbox.
The thing to be particularly careful about is making sure that the applications that use documents in the cloud are no longer set up to do so before you remove the old I cannot account. Because when you remove the old I cannot account it will delete all associated documents in the cloud from the device. However, if you have already turned off documents on a per app basis the data contained in iCloud will have already been moved into the local sandbox.
As an added safety measure I would first try to export the data in anyway possible for each of the applications. If the application offers some way of getting your data out of it such as emailing a backup archive make sure and perform this routine as an added safety measure.
