Test more than one Apple app in more than one user account.
The "reset" suggested there sometime can restore normal function.
There are no user serviceable parts of your camera.
If your problem continues, make a current backup.
Then use the final "Troubleshooting" suggestion:
"... contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for service."
